Ilisha is a 10x award winning entrepreneur recognised by Santander, Chamber of Commerce and Innovate UK for her impact across education and technology. As an educational thought leader, she has spoken across NatWest, Lloyds Bank and Samsung about the profound effects personalisation has on attainment and was a part of a UK delegate tasked with representing the UK on the global stage as an edtech trailblazer in front of 70k professionals. Due to her own late diagnosis for Dyslexia, this prompted her to figure out an alternative way to learn, away from the broken system that exists today. This new system worked as she left school with A*'s and graduated top of her cohort for Economics. She then founded her digital learning platform, Econominds, which uses AI to create personalised learning journeys for students. Her aim is to make learning efficient so students can achieve more and study less.
